The concept for Merchbooth began with having our own clothing companies, but no outlet to sell or promote them. So from that, we started to collaborate our ideas on building a website where we could sell our merchandise. The idea kept flourishing into a much more detailed website. We took it from being a site to promote ourselves, to promoting clothing lines, and then even further..Why not create a site for everyone in the underground scene? Where everyone can come together to promote their bands, clothing lines, record labels, etc. Our idea is for you to have a store/website to sell your merchandise without charging a ridiculous fee, or cutting into your profits by taking a percentage of your sales. We incorporated all the things we would want and look for in a website and put that into Merchbooth. Ultimately, the goal was to create a website that we ourselves would sign up for.
